Prevailes Group Ltd t/a D3TAIL endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below within 7 days of receipt. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. In all cases, please follow the returns procedure outlined below in "How to Return a Product".
How to Return a Product
Please notify us before returning goods by (firstname.lastname@example.org). With the returned item please include your name, address and a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. Goods for return or exchange must be returned unused within 7 working days of receipt. Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty or wrongly delivered goods).

For your own protection, we suggest you adequately pack and insure the returned goods against loss or damage in transit and use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. If you return the product in its original condition (unused) including tags & packaging, we will refund you all the money which you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return shipping of the goods.
Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Product
If you return an item to us that is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will refund you the cost of the product and also pay you the cost of the return shipping. You must return the faulty product within 28 days of receiving it.
Please note that almost all stock will be coming in from the US and therefore delivery time is approximately 10-14 working days. During busy times such as Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and other UK and US holiday periods, we are likely to experience further delays, potentially up to an extra 7 working days. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order after the given periods of time stated above, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com.
Due to the limited supply and exclusivity of the products we sell some stock may not be available immediately. Once we receive your order from our US stockist, we will send out your item(s) via Express Delivery.
Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal / courier service being used and are beyond D3TAIL's control, however we will pursue any missing or unduly delayed deliveries. Claims for non-delivery, missing or damaged goods should be made to D3TAIL within 7 days of placing your order or any later notified dispatch date.
Overseas Duty & Taxes
Please be aware that you will be liable to pay duty & taxes for orders outside the EU. You will need to check this out with your local Custom Office to see if you will be charged.

We provide a WORLDWIDE DELIVERY SERVICE for all orders. We use APC, Royal Mail, DHL & FedEx for all our UK & international orders (UK & EU Express Delivery).
